Our training sessions are for children ages 8 and over who have already passed their third star... A variety of options are available to you, from a 3 ? hour-morning session, to a 2 ? hour-afternoon session for a more leisurely feel:

• The star and morning competitive events training sessions offer a 3 ? hour training programme with work on technique, speed, cross-country skiing and aims to afford the best training for the « flèche », « chamois », Gold star and Bronze star ski tests.
• For over-13s Free Style Motion sessions offer more fun-oriented skiing practices, such as skiing over bumps, snowboarding (advanced level), snowpark and there is an internet website with blogs and videos. 3-hour afternoon sessions.

• The advanced skiing sessions are for those aged 8 and over, who aim to improve their technique, while discovering the ski resort, with some off-piste skiing under the supervision of our professional ski instructors, in a fun atmosphere. 2 ? hour afternoon sessions.
